Psyllium is considered one of the most effective agents for cleansing the intestines and creating optimal conditions for the natural gut flora: finely ground husks are a rich source of water-soluble fiber.
Freshly ground flax seeds are also a valuable aid in regulating digestion and supplying the body with Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
The mixture, when combined with water (at a 1:10 ratio), forms a gel that removes deposits and toxins and inhibits the harmful effects of bad bacteria in the intestines, thus supporting healthy digestion, metabolism, and a strong immune system. Adding it to meals or offering it on its own is recommended for animals with sensitive digestion, particularly in cases of digestive disorders, bloating, anal gland problems, and it helps with both constipation and diarrhea.
