Payment Methods

Currently, you can use the following payment methods:

  • Payment by credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Payment by proforma invoice (bank transfer)

Only one-time payment is possible. Until full payment of the purchase price, the products remain the property of the Seller.

Pre-orders are paid in advance. The goods are delivered within the agreed time. We reserve the right to extend the delivery period due to technical or other errors in the process. In this case, we undertake to duly inform the customer. Please inform us if you have not received any notification from us and more than two working days have passed since the purchase.

Payment by Pro Forma Invoice

After selecting the “payment by proforma invoice” option and placing the order, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail. We will execute the order after we receive the payment into our bank account (TRR). For faster processing, you can notify us of the payment by e-mail at hello@good4dogs.eu

PayPal

If you choose “PayPal” and submit the order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment pages. We will process the order after receiving PayPal’s confirmation.

Payment by Credit Card

After selecting the “credit card payment” option, you will enter your card details (debit, charge or prepaid cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Discover) and complete the purchase.

To confirm card payments, you will be redirected to your card provider via the Stripe.com system.

Successful payment automatically completes the purchase and confirms the order.

In case of online credit card payment, if the customer cancels the order or changes the method of payment, please inform us at hello@good4dogs.eu

Prices

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and have no predefined validity period.

Prices apply under the above-listed payment methods and conditions.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, or if the price of an item changes during order processing, the seller will allow the customer to cancel the purchase and offer an alternative solution to ensure mutual satisfaction.

The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is considered concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order (the buyer receives an email titled Order Confirmed). From that moment onward, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply equally to both parties.

The seller issues the invoice on a durable medium, detailing all costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return items, if applicable.

The buyer must check the accuracy of the information on the invoice and report any discrepancies to the seller within eight days of receipt. Complaints received after this period will not be considered.
