Important Instructions for Returning Items
When returning items to the seller (Good4Dogs d.o.o.), you must include the withdrawal form and a copy of the invoice.
Items can be returned in person to our warehouse (GOOD4DOGS d.o.o., Rajndol, 1330 Kočevje) or sent by post to the seller’s address (GOOD4DOGS d.o.o., Rajndol, 1330 Kočevje).
We recommend using a delivery service that provides shipment tracking and making sure that the items are properly packed for transport (you may use the original GOOD4DOGS packaging or any other suitable and safe packaging).
Shipping costs are always covered by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.
If you are claiming a warranty, you will receive the repaired item fastest if you submit the claim directly to the manufacturer or its authorized service center listed with the product or on the attached warranty card.
In case of returning an item, the buyer must adequately protect the product before handing it over to the carrier. The item must be protected in the original packaging or packaging that provides the same level of protection as the original.
If you withdraw from the contract and have used a bonus, discount code, or promotional code, these are considered discounts and are not refunded. Only the amount actually paid is refunded to your bank account or other payment method if you explicitly request it. A gift voucher is treated as a payment method and its amount is likewise refunded to the user.
Return of Items for Legal Entities
If you require an invoice issued to a company, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to businesses. Companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities may return items only under warranty conditions. Legal entities do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days or to request a refund as applies to consumers (natural persons).

Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal
The consumer (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the product for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the Seller within 14 days of receiving the products that they withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The period starts on the day following the date of receipt of the products.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received product by post to the company’s warehouse address: GOOD4DOGS d.o.o., PE Rajndol, 1330 Kočevje, or personally delivers it there by prior arrangement.
The return of the received products to the company within the withdrawal period does not count as a notice of withdrawal from the contract. A written statement of withdrawal is required.
The consumer must return the product to the Seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product has been destroyed, spoiled, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault. The consumer may not freely use the products until withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may perform inspection and testing of the products to the extent necessary to establish the actual situation. The consumer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease is the result of handling that is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the products (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the courier’s price list and depends on whether it is a letter/parcel/freight). The product must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 days from the day the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase) was sent.
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods:

the price of which depends on fluctuations in markets over which the company has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period

made according to the consumer’s precise instructions and adapted to their personal needs

which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, are perishable or quickly expire

services performed, if the company has fully performed the contract and the provision of the service started on the basis of the consumer’s explicit prior consent and with their consent that they lose the right of withdrawal once the company has fully performed the contract
-
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has opened the seal after delivery; this includes the purchase of pet food where the packaging has been opened or damaged

goods that are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
-
digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the provision of the service started on the basis of the consumer’s explicit prior consent and with their consent.
